GREEN GRAM SPROUTS SALAD
- 1 cup green gram sprouts
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- ½ a tomato chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- ¼ cup methi/palak leaves, finely chopped
- Pepper powder as required

MIXED GREEN SALAD
- ½ cup shredded spinach leaves
